Cookie notice

Last updated 9 September 2026

The short version

We do not track you. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracking, no profile of you anywhere.

That is why you did not get a cookie banner when you arrived. Banners exist because most sites need permission to track you. We do not need permission, because we are not tracking you.

What a cookie is

A small file a website stores on your device so it can remember something. Some are needed for a site to work at all. Others follow you between sites to build a picture of what you do. We use the first kind only.

What this site stores

Reading the site

Nothing. No cookies, no storage. You can read every page here, including the Check, without anything being placed on your device by us.

Filling in the Check

While you answer the Check, your answers are held on your own device so the page can remember them if you go back a screen or the page reloads. They are not sent to us and we cannot see them. They are cleared when you close the tab.

This is not tracking. It is the only way the Check can work, and you asked for it by starting it.

Booking a call

Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. It does not load until you choose to open it. Until you tap “Choose a time”, Cal.com places nothing on your device at all.

When you do open it, Cal.com stores a small number of items so the booking works:

WhatWhyHow long
A security tokenStops someone else submitting a booking in your nameUntil you close the browser
A return addressBrings you back to the right page after bookingUntil you close the browser
A bot checkTells Cal.com you are a person, not automated traffic30 minutes
A booking referenceHolds your chosen slot while you finish bookingKept until cleared
Your time formatRemembers whether you prefer a 12- or 24-hour clockKept until cleared

These are set by Cal.com on their own systems, not by us, and we cannot read them. Cal.com’s own privacy information is at cal.com/privacy.

If you would rather not have any of this, book by emailing us at karam@klariohealth.co.uk instead. It makes no difference to the service.

What is not here

No Google Analytics. No advertising pixels. No Meta, no LinkedIn, no TikTok. No session recording. No heatmaps. No tracking pixels in emails.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs — the page requested, the time, the browser type, and an IP address. Every web server does this. They exist to keep the site running and secure, and we do not use them to build any picture of individual visitors.

Controlling this yourself

You can clear or block storage in your browser settings at any time. Your browser’s help pages explain how.

If you block it, the Check may forget your answers when you move between screens, and the booking calendar may not work — email us instead.

If this changes

If we ever add analytics or anything that tracks you, we will ask first, with a real choice, and refusing will be as easy as accepting. Until then there is nothing to ask you about.

What we do with information you actually send us is in our privacy notice. Questions: karam@klariohealth.co.uk.
